Eli Cummins

LaPorte-Jenner Law is happy and proud to introduce our newest attorney, Eli Cummins. Prior to joining our team, Eli served as a clerk in the ninth division circuit court for over two years. During that time Eli provided research and analysis to the Court in order to facilitate the Judge in reaching the most lawful outcome. Throughout this experience, Eli not only gained extensive experience in court proceedings, but also a strong moral compass.

Eli is known for his compassionate counsel, strategic advocacy, and unwavering commitment to his clients. With a practice rooted in empathy and inclusivity, Eli serves individuals and families through deeply personal legal matters-from divorce and custody to wills, trusts, and long-term planning.

A proud and vocal advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, Eli is committed to creating safe, affirming spaces within the legal system. His work is guided by the belief that every person deserves dignity, respect, and access to knowledgeable, values-driven representation.

Outside of his legal work, Eli is a proud cat dad to Stella and Newton, who bring humor and companionship to his life-and occasionally his Zoom calls. His dedication to his clients is matched only by his love for his feline family and his deep commitment to creating a more just and inclusive world.
